Help in Planning your vacations
I have often been asked to share travel tips and ideas. I decided to do that by developing this website with the hope it will make your planning easier and vacation more rewarding.
You are going to find most of my travel tips are not earth shattering, but all will help your planning easier and make your vacations more enjoyable.
However, when you use them, they will make your vacation planning easier and your vacation more enjoyable.

Some of the tools I recommend are especially great for RV's and camping vacations.
But there are some universal tools you will want to use even if you are staying in a hotel or at a resort.

why am I Doing THis
My wife of 47 plus years and I love to travel and have been traveling together all our married lives.
I'm retired and needed a hobby besides fishing, photography, and travel. To that, I have chosen to add developing websites for not profits for free and with the time that is left over developing this travel website.
I have traveled for work, pleasure and with professional travelers learning a lot about planning trips. My wife says I over research everything and she is correct. However, this has always help insure enjoyable vacations and I hope it provides you with a helpful website.
I was once told "Wisdom is gained from mistakes; however, you will never live long enough to truly become wise unless you also learn from other people’s mistakes as well as your own".
Hopefully this website will help you to truly become a wise traveler.

Traveling with Friends!
What a great idea.
If you are lucky, you may have friends that you can travel with. It is a blessing that we have had Elmer and Sheila as Traveling Buddies and were able to travel with them on several vacations.
The Longest we traveled with them on any one vacation was a month to Europe with major stops in Paris, Bavaria, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Sienna, and Rome.
We have found there are several advantages of traveling with others. Compatiblity is a must of course. A couple of advantages are shared common costs, safety, and ability to split up so the guys and gals can easily visit different items of interest.

A map showing locations we have vacationed along with links that provide information on them and adjacent areas.
